Before we left we had asked multiple times for pics of any scratches or damage. We get to the dealership and the vehicle had scratches everywhere, multiple door dings, and damaged drivers fender. His excuses was he didn't see the dent on the drivers fender, and it's a used vehicle. Bentonville is a beautiful town though. But the ford dealer has no integrity. More
