Amy was very responsive and took care of all my paperwork and vehicle shipment promptly. Just within couple of days of arrival, my vehicle was delivered to my door as I was an out of state buyer. Had a fantastic car buying experience with Galleria BMW! I was an out-of-state purchaser and throughout the transaction felt that I was a welcomed and valued customer. Our client advisor, Amy Lancaster, is as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as anyone in the business. She was always available to answer questions and helped us quickly finalize our order. Our car was in the production queue within a few days of the order being submitted. Once the car arrived at the dealership, Cody Bowman wrapped up our financing and Galleria BMW had the car shipped to our house. Overall, this was just about the easiest car purchase I’ve made in 30+ years of buying cars. Will definitely be a repeat customer and I’d highly recommend Galleria BMW to anyone else in the market for a new car. More
