WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Stay away. Go to another Honda because this one does not care about customers. UPDATE: I tried to give a second chance 2 years later and nothing h Stay away. Go to another Honda because this one does not care about customers. UPDATE: I tried to give a second chance 2 years later and nothing has changed. I received even worse customer service this time. Alex is very rude, and they clearly don’t care about customers. Their finance people must suck in negotiating because other Honda dealerships run circles around this one. Two years ago: I drove two hours here because I was told the dealership could work with me. When I got there, it was a totally different story. It just seems they do anything to get you in the door. Highly disappointed. My sales rep wasn’t that nice either, I could tell he was ready to just leave and only there for a paycheck. I probably won’t give this dealership another chance. More

Khalid was polite, professional, and upfront from start to finish! He made the process easy and fun. We all laughed and had a great time. Everyone at the Hendricks Honda Team was great. Awesome customer service! I bring all of my cars to this dealership for service, and let me say that I would NEVER go anywhere else for service! They are open seven days a week I bring all of my cars to this dealership for service, and let me say that I would NEVER go anywhere else for service! They are open seven days a week and they are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The negative reviews on here regarding the service department make no sense to me at all, as I have been dealing with the Service Manager Sam Maddalena for several years and have always received spectacular customer service from him and his team.
