The employees are professional and friendly. . When I have to leave my car to get work done it is a huge inconvenience without loaner cars. It can take 3 to 4 hours to get home in their shuttle. . My car has had quite a-few recalls. They will not work on the car without leaving the car overnight even though it often takes less than an hour. As a widow with mobility issues, I have trouble getting my own transportation. I live in an area where I cannot utilize ubers, taxis, etc. Surely a dealer as big as Corwin can provide better customer service. More

Our car was called in for a inspection due to a recall. When it was inspected it apparently passed for the recall. We were told our inspection passed because quote the trim won't fly off. We have been waiting for the trim to be fixed for years, but were told to wait on parts. Now there is a recall for the very same thing and they decided they won't fix it. Car is quickly falling apart in many ways. 2016 Ford Explorer, less than 100,000 miles. More
