Very happy with my new lease, Krystal Jorge was my salesperson, and she is great! She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me so much with the te salesperson, and she is great! She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me so much with the technical aspects since I am not that computer savvy, she helped me download the Jeep app to my phone, paired the phone to the car and explained all the details about the cars dash and all the apps and buttons! She was very patient, and I enjoyed working with her. We spoke mostly on the phone, the day I went in to pick up the car she had done almost everything in advance, I just had to sign. I was there start to finish in just 2 hours, which is the fastest it has ever taken. This is my second lease working with Krystal and she is the best, I hope to continue working with her in the future.
