Mazda of Claremont is the a number one dealer for me, I am 70+ years old I am in my entire life I have never found a dealer that treats you with the dignity and respect as Mazda of Claremont. I’ve purchased two cars from this phone dealership within the past 15 months. Both times it has been a pleasure to deal with the staff at Claremont Mazda. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Amir,,sales manager, and his highly trained.and professional staff. This dealership is very low keyed and very low pressure. They truly treat you like family. The staff at Mazda of Claremont sales, parts, service or financial Will literally bend over backwards to make sure the customer is totally 110% satisfied. I couldn’t fathom buying, a part, a car or any vehicle from another dealer. More

I've been having issues with my engine making a clicking nose for over 2.5 years. I was dealing with a different dealership who told me I made the noise up and I started to think id never fix my car. I deci nose for over 2.5 years. I was dealing with a different dealership who told me I made the noise up and I started to think id never fix my car. I decided to take it into Claremont Maze and they were able to diagnose the car by the videos I showed and fixed the issue! I am so grateful they actually listened to my concerned wanted to help. Had a difficult time with the purchasing but customer service dept reached out and made sure the experience was great and my issues were resolved. That is the mark of a good dealership. They took ownership of a bad experience Reached out to me even though I never complained and found a way to help. Their oil change service was quick and efficient and done in exactly the timeframe they said it would be. Amy from service is super nice. They send you a video of the service which is one of my favorite parts. More

I came due to noise eminating from driver-side headlight. Amy took note of the problem, and confirmed the noise source. It was taken in and that was also confirmed by the tech. Amy told me that part need to be replaced under Service Bulletin by Mazda, but they did not have the part. She called me in a couple of days to come in. I did they tech replaced the part, and the problem was resolved. Amy was friendly and professional thru out the this issue, and called me like she promised. Thank you Amy for providing good service. In general this dealer has been great in dealing with them, whether it is sales or service. Keep up the good work More
