Sorry to say this, but I was disappointed with my salesman. We were in 2 weeks prior to the car I had already chosen coming in. We were trading in a vehicle and buying a new one. He asked for payoff amount and mileage, bank that we financed through. A whole week went by without hearing from him so we reached out, my husband left a message and he never returned it, so my husband called again the following day and finally got a hold of him. I decided to put in an application and finance through the dealership. However, in the end I found out he didn’t shop for the best interest rate for me, the business manager Brandon got us an excellent rate. When coming to pick up the car I feel as though it could have been done seamlessly had our salesman been on top of things in the 2 weeks leading up to this day. He asked questions to things we had already gave him information on, he could have been in contact with the bank for our trade in vehicle etc. Even the financing piece, as far as who we were going through all could have been sorted out, but I don’t feel there was a sense of urgency in anything. Separate from our experience with our salesman, Brandon Boman business manager was PHENOMENAL, cannot say enough about him. He is very genuine and honest and you could tell he was trying to get us the best within our budget. It was a pleasure meeting him and working with him and ended our buying process on a very positive note (5 stars for him alone). While I do realize it can get busy with multiple sales and I’m extremely understanding to it, im aware there was another final sale going on….it may have worked better had we been scheduled so as not to overwhelm and time to get things in order if it is not done so beforehand. More
