The dealership environment, courtesy and reception were clean, friendly and welcoming. While the finance gentleman was courteous and polite, there was too much emphasis and some degree of pressure to accep clean, friendly and welcoming. I give BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila in Sales my highest personal recommendations. I devoted a significant amount of time researching autos to purchase and dealers to use. Both of the above were am highest personal recommendations. I devoted a significant amount of time researching autos to purchase and dealers to use. Both of the above were among the best I found. I was uncertain about purchasing a BMW but after a test drive and multiple conversational interactions with David, I knew I wanted the car I purchased. I was treated with respect, given all the time I required, never pressured and always a positive learning experience. My deal was a win-win for both BMW Silver Spring and myself. It was comfortably easy to engage and conclude even with having a special order vehicle. There are not enough positives to say about Mr. David Davila. He is a consummate professional in every possible way including post delivery. David is deeply committed to the follow-up and follow-thru post sales experience of his clients. Since my car was delivered, he has given over a half day of personal time in educating and explaining the details and nuances of my vehicle. A BMW is a high end quality auto purchase. BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila exemplify what outstanding auto sales professionalism is and they exceed their own standards. By the way, this applies to everyone there from the ladies who greet you to “Mr. C” in parts who assists in personalization of orders on specialized tires all the way thru to the G.M. who does legwork when others are occupied with clients. Consumer Reports named BMW the top overall brand for safety and overall auto driving experience. The people at BMW Silver Spring create that into reality. More

It was not readily obvious. Amit also is a treasure for the dealership customers. His engagement on any number of topics discussed during the lengthy session and his depth of character made the afternoon rewarding for me and my wife in so many ways. This made me feel like he was genuinely looking out for my best interests. I’m planning to buy my next car from him, regardless of which dealership he works at! Ricky, the finance manager, was also incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my question. He didn’t rush me into making a decision but gave me the time and attention I needed to make an informed choice. I truly appreciated his time and patience. Max was also great! He offered to have food delivered to me while I waited for my deal to seal because I had been there for so long! I’ll happily return to this dealership, which is a 1.5-hour drive from my house, rather than the ones that are only 20 minutes away because of the exceptional service I received. Abiola was responsive and facilitated the buying. He brought the particular car from Baltimore so we could test drive.
