Sold an unsafe vehicle. When returned, they ignored phone calls for three weeks straight. They currently have the vehicle and I have contacted attorney general of PA. They have been in possession of vehicle longer than I have and accrued a significant amount of mileage compared to my ownership of vehicle. Be aware of fraudulent activities. More

I’ve called about 10 times now, still no call back. I’ve also been put on hold for over 30+ minutes numerous times and no response. Also have came into your offices and was told you’d get back to me in a week. I’m currently still waiting on a call back.

Called again today, you were “busy” again, was told I’d get a call back. That didn’t happen again. Seems like a repetitive process. Customer support has been terrible.

Clutch went within a hundred miles. !!! Dealer refused to fix even though it was under warranty and held the car hostage for a week trying to charge me for a tow that I didn’t ask for. W !!!
