They texted me multiple times with a chat bot asking for a review. I replied saying they didn't want my review, but they persisted. I then sent one final text saying if the sent me another text or email, I a review. I replied saying they didn't want my review, but they persisted. So here it is: I caught them in multiple lies. Multiple. Bald face lies about contacting the warranty company, and doing diagnostics. Meanwhile I rented a vehicle while I left my vehicle there, and they continued to lie. I will give them this: When they knew I had them in multiple lies, they removed the charges for the multiple diagnostics and only charged me for an alignment. I would take my car to a Volkswagon Dealer before I would ever go back to Livermore. This was their second change. The first time I was there they replaced a belt wrong and I had to have the Maserati dealer in Walnut creek fix it. So, caveat emptor. More
