Right away Amillie offered us something to eat or drink. She did an awesome job keeping the kids entertained. She offered them coloring books, crayons and even had a brain teaser. She sent us home with homemade dog treats (made by Amillie). Our dog loved the treats. Matt Pittelkow and Cory Spera who work in the Finance department were very helpful and offered many different options when it came to purchasing my new vehicle. They wouldn't give up on me and did everything to help me. I really appreciated that. Thank you Hudson Ford for a great experience. More

She was super attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the trucks we drove. We decided to hold off on purchasing until this spring. Amillie kept in touch, but was not at all pushy - which we appreciated. Began looking in earnest in Feb of 2016 and reached back out to Amillie. Similar, great experience that we had last fall. Also, we got to spent some time with Janell and Levi. Again, very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a F150 King Ranch (Beautiful Truck). We did some shopping and I believe we could have founded a comparable vehicle for less money, but we wouldn’t have had the same positive experience, so I would rate the over value superior. Hope to buy our next vehicle at Hudson Ford. More

She let us make all of our decisions, even when we changed our minds a few times. She offered refreshments while we waited and communicated every detail about our lease. The quote for the payment was pretty much what we expected when we came in to dealer. It seemed that she was as excited as we were to get a new vehicle. She sat in the car with us and showed us what all of the buttons were for and helped us program the satelite radio. She filled our tank with gas and waved goodbye to us when we left. I have recommended people to her and continue to do so. More

Amillie stayed beyond her work day to help us finish the purchase. She printed out several purchase options for each car so we could choose the best deal. She took time to set up our phones with bluetooth and programmed the Seruis radio channels. Levi had all the finance paperwork ready for us. He listened to how we might use the vehicle,t as well as how long we typically keep a vehicle. He offered extended warranty packages but was not pushy and suggested what he thought would be most useful for us. The fresh cookies and coffee was a plus too. They had three of the cars I wanted to purchase (2015 Ford Focus SE) in stock for me to choose from. Ford was offering great incentives for this car. It was a win-win for everyone. I look forward to having my car serviced with Hudson Ford in the future. Thanks! More

Very very bad service We live in a different state and found the very car on Hudson Fords website that we had been looking for. We have gotten nothing but the run around from the first moment of contact. Supposedly we were working with an agent named Amillie Kayacan, she was never available when we called and when our call was returned it was always by someone else. We got financing at our bank and it was transferred to their bank, we filled out all of the paper work the dealership needed overnighted and emailed it back, but still they would not let us schedule a pick up by the transport company. When we told them that if we could not have the car picked up at the scheduled time the deal was off they simply said "OK". Seems all very shady and I wonder if the car ever really existed at all. Be very careful when dealing with these people via an internet purchase. More
