"Professional and Friendly" I was looking for the same model and body style of the SUV I already had, but with fewer miles and in better condition. I found exactly what I was looking for a Hudson Ford. We live about an hour and half away, but they were very accommodating at the dealership. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle everything was ready to go and Amillie spent time showing me the features of the car even though I had one almost identical to it already. Very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience! More

Ford dealership ready to help. I contacted my local dealership with information on the car I was looking for, they had one in their lot but I did not want white.. I scheduled a test I contacted my local dealership with information on the car I was looking for, they had one in their lot but I did not want white.. I scheduled a test drive for 11/28/17. I arrived for the test drive at 10:15, no other customers in the dealership. We drove the car and had a few questions. The salesman did not know what kind of gas the car used, where the spare tire was, or what some of the dials on the dashboard were for. When asked about other colors that the car might be available in, the salesman was clueless. He went to the computer and played a video of the car and told me the colors that the car in the video showed. I asked about the power lift gate and was told it was on this model, but he did not how it worked. Then an office person came out and asked about paying for the vehicle. We applied for Ford credit, explained we were looking for a different color and understood the incentives were about to expire, so we had a time line. Both employees said they would look for dealer trades and let me know as soon as possible. I called the dealership the next day at 4 PM, the office person was out for the day and the salesman said," I was pretty sure I contacted you and left a message." I told him that I had checked text, voice, and email before calling and I had nothing. "I guess it did't go through," was his response. Then he told me they may have found a car, so if I could stop in sometime we could talk about it. At this point, I had decided I was not dealing with this dealership. I made online inquires through Ford. The next closest dealer emailed they did not have that model. The next dealership in my area did not respond. I did hear from another dealership via email, I called about the car they had on the lot, but the person I was emailed with was out for the day and the car had been dealer traded, (I checked to make sure it was not with the first dealership I had dealt with). The salesman and I talked about the features, color, price of the car I was wanting. He said he would see what he could do. I explained the expiring incentives was a concern. He would be in touch. He contacted me 23 hours later, 2 hours before the close of business and I lived 2 hours from this dealership. But I was already on my way to Hudson. I had received an email from Amillie and a follow up phone call. We had talked more than 6 times over about a 4 hour period. She has all the information about the model I was looking for and the options available on each of the cars they had access to. She explained about the incentives and other programs that I might be eligible for. She sent me links for the programs and the financing applications. She answered every question I had, either immediately or got back to me in a timely manner. She told me exactly want I would need to bring to purchase the car. Let me say, I was already frustrated with salespeople and double talk, Amillie was very empathetic, professional, and detailed oriented. During the actual purchasing process, she walked us through each step and then made sure we had an understanding of the features of the car. She actually programmed our radio and set up the bluetooth with our phones. This lady is a keeper if you want to sell cars and have a satisfied customers. It was 124 miles to get to this dealership, I would have preferred Austin which is only 20 miles, but the service difference was worth the drive. P.S. Austin dealership just called, 2 days after the incentives expired. The salesman just wanted to know if I was going to stop in and talk about what I was looking for. :( More

Amillie Kayacan provided the VERY best customer service while providing a wealth of knowledge on each truck I looked at. She made this very easy for me and I am extremely grateful. My wife will be looking for an SUV in the next several months, and Amillie will be the one she calls. Irina Stitt assisted us in the financing of my truck. She was awesome. She understands her job extremely well and is a dedicated employee who I feel truly cares about each customer she works with. A few days after my purchase, I stopped in for assistance with my Bluetooth. Brandon was extremely helpful and professional. He figured everything out and answered all my questions. In the end, I got the truck I was looking for and Hudson Ford has gained two new customers who won't go anywhere else. More
