The service on the car was great. I was allowed to use a loaner car and I appreciate that. But I was disappointed with the service that I received from two service advisors that I dealt with. I was very dif loaner car and I appreciate that. But I was disappointed with the service that I received from two service advisors that I dealt with. I was very difficult getting in touch with the advisor o get an update on my car that I dropped off for maintenance check. My car was kept for 2 days and I didn’t get answer or call back for quite some time when I tried to contact the advisor directly. I finally had to contact the service DEPT in order to get the service advisor to contact me. All I got was a text letting me know when the car would possibly be ready. When I got there to pick up my car the service advisor was gone for the day. The other advisor that helped me was unprofessional and pretty rude. It was never explained to me what service was completed on the car during a maintenance check. When I asked I was told didn’t any call you ? and that was it. More

Not happy at all. My car goes in for simple service, brake service. Comes out making a weird noise and no one can figure out. Went in with NO noise comes out with it. Very FRUSTRATING and time wasting f brake service. Comes out making a weird noise and no one can figure out. Went in with NO noise comes out with it. Very FRUSTRATING and time wasting for me. Almost a month now and yes my car is back again with the noise and no solution. I was also told “tour car is safe to drive” even though we don’t know what’s wrong with. That also did not sit well with me, tells me my safety is NOT your concern. More

Friendly and Knowledgeable personnel. Job was completed on time. Dealer provide uber which is faster than shuttle service which may make many stops.
