If you are in the market for a vehicle and came here to buy one or look at one read this first: This review is from a seasoned salesman that through out my career I changed people's opinions about these buy one or look at one read this first: This review is from a seasoned salesman that through out my career I changed people's opinions about these unethical people running this dealership, but they still do exist. Remember the names Tony and Jose or Jesus. They will prey on the weak. They will take advantage of your situation and make you feel that if you don't put a deposit down, they will not be able to finance you and they will lose point with subprime lenders. So we did put a deposit down to hold the car since we were in a different state. My wife was shopping for a vehicle online. We came across these robbers. First, the pictures are nothing like what you will really get to see in person. What they do is buy a car from the auctions, and slap a piece of plastic and jack the price u and not check a thing on the cars. The car we looked at in person had all bald tires (not safe to drive ). Power steering pump going out, you can hear it clearly ,oil was not changed. It was falling apart from the interior. So we wanted to walk away and Tony said, it is what it is, you won't get your deposit back!!! I said you didn't say it was non refundable, we were even shocked (not really) that it came down to this. So long story short, go and see how nasty their vehicles are and you have been warned if you buy from them. You will most certainly buy an over-priced lemon. You will be disrespected and robbed. More

High Pressure, Ended up being a nightmare. April 2017 went looking for a vehicle was pressured into buying a 2013 Elantra. They gave me $1500.00 for my trade In. On the paperwork it said $2000. April 2017 went looking for a vehicle was pressured into buying a 2013 Elantra. They gave me $1500.00 for my trade In. On the paperwork it said $2000.00 giving me 30 days to pay the $500.00. But the finance company paid Murray Auto. If I pay they would be paid twice. RIGHT...There Finance Company is based in Los Angeles. "WESTLAKE FINANCIAL " things have been fine. Until an emergency came up and I had to use my car payment for this emergency In July. Several times I contacted WESTLAKE to tell them I would like to change the payment date to the 4th of the month since I am on disability. They informed me, this could not be done until I signed paperwork to change the date. I finally received the paperwork I filled it out three times. Then I asked if they could fax the paperwork to me. There answer NO.they could not. So then I went on line to open MY ACCOUNT to see my finances re my car. The interest rate 30%. I contacted the company to inquire as to why I could not access MY ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD BECAUSE MY PAYMENT WAS NOT CURRENT I COULD NOT SEE MY ACCOUNT. I've never known any finance company denied anyone access to there account. Therefore a order has been issued to REPO, MY VEHICLE. I've called to see about my account there personnel asked my name, acct number, my address, last four of my social security number, and if I am still currently on social security. But they have the paperwork from when I first applied for the financing. Why do they have to ask every time I call inquiring about MY ACCOUNT. . I DO NOT LIKE HOW EITHER COMPANY MURRAY AUTO OR WESTLAKE FINANCIAL IN LOS ANGELES RUN THERE BUSINESSES. I wouldn't refer No one to this place to purchase a vehicle. More
