I had a purchasing adventure here, and I do love the new car. I had difficulties with getting my finance questions answered, after the purchase. The numbers just didn't work the way I expected them to be. A car. I had difficulties with getting my finance questions answered, after the purchase. The numbers just didn't work the way I expected them to be. And I had a difficult time getting a response or explanation. (Computers an meetings) I did post on here my frustration. And if I can find a way to edit the original post done on Oct 30 2024, well I would! Got a call back and a set time for meeting. Finance Director- Justin Bateman went line by line, he worked it out to clarify and resolve my problems. Above and beyond what I was dreading for sure. Now I truly can enjoy my car purchase, and feel good about it. I'm an older female customer, and his patience and interest made all the difference. If needed I'll return purchase here for sure. Totally different response than my 1st post. And if anyone will share- How can I delete or edit an original review? Share-please More

Finance doubled my ETHOS maintenance plan. All state taxs & fees also, Snuck it into cash purchase price. Then listed as a payoff for my paid off 2022 low mileage trade in. Been promised a All state taxs & fees also, Snuck it into cash purchase price. Then listed as a payoff for my paid off 2022 low mileage trade in. Been promised a call back several times = never. Over $6k stolen from me. Can't cancel warranty, because i can't get any one to remove & correct the cash price. It's in there as a cash amount of sale. I wanted to believe it was a fixable accident. But after all I've been blocked on phone and in person. Computers where down over a week- Everyone in meeting. And this is there contract, they knew what was what. All day, week and months sss, it's still what this guy does ALL DAY. This was a new purchase, at a new dealership. And this contract was questioned and the add on. This senior 62 was lied to in explanation, and robed. Bad reputation builder for this dealership to allow this. I only owed 12,900. I could of payed cash. This was financed for credit retention for this senior. Had a need for current credit. And finance department stole my money. All warr. $5,690 And $401.86 in fees where added to cash sell. per to calculate the sale tax. Lies. More

Asked to have automated mirror retraction reset and no one in service area knew how to do that. Seems too simple a task to not be accomplished. More
