I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from Thompsons about a month ago. The sales experience was low pressure, Amber was great and I got the truck for a good price. I had to take it back in for a shimmy durin month ago. The sales experience was low pressure, Amber was great and I got the truck for a good price. I had to take it back in for a shimmy during breaking (warped front rotors) and a shimmy at highway speeds. They took care of the breaks immediately but found the the highway shimmy was caused by defective tires (they looked almost brand new). Instead of just telling me" its yours you bought it", they offered to replace the tires at no cost. unfortunately the tires they were willing to pay for were not what I wanted. After some discussion I kicked in $100.00 and got tires that will work for me. Thompsons went the extra mile to take care of me. I will be happy to continue to use there service department and when I am in the market for another Toyota they will be my first choice. More
