It took the WHOLE day to purchase a car. Got there at 9am, rep was late & car was dead. 2.5 hrs later car running took until almost 12 to get purchase order. Back at 1pm and still almost 3 more hrs until done. Oil change wasn’t done as we’ve had it a week and got the notification the car needs one. NOT IMPRESSED! More
