It was recall work, they got the parts and installed them the same day. The service department was told that the parts were out of stock, they called the parts depot and found the parts, they were shipped ov the same day. Absolutely above and beyond anything I expected from any dealership. Staff was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable. Excellent communication and follow up. Criswell has truly set the bar and I believe they are second to none. I bought a quality used vehicle for a good price. My salesman, Seth, was a pleasure to work with! It was a smooth transaction at no time did I feel pressured or belittled as you sometimes do when working with a sales person. Not only did they without hesitation; solve the one small issue we found, they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and not inconvenienced with our windshield replacement or while my Cilajet finish was applied. Which by the way is AMAZING! I drove down the road to have a late lunch on our way home and literally a man walked all around my truck marveling at its shine! I will be bragging on Criswell's service and recommend them for many years to come. Highly recommend! I don't see an option to rate my finance person but he was just as easy to work with and helpful as my salesman was. From my first phone call to keys in hand, I can't praise this company enough to do them justice. More

I took my truck in for a check engine light which they ran a diagnostic for. It took over 2 hours for them to come back with results. The service writer had no idea what most of the information the techni ran a diagnostic for. It took over 2 hours for them to come back with results. The service writer had no idea what most of the information the technician provided meant. There was a giant list of recommendations but nothing that clearly said it would correct the problem nor was the cause if the problem outlined. I was told the technician was working on an estimate and the service writer would email the details to me. It’s been almost a week and I have not heard anything from anyone. I still have no idea what is causing the check engine light or what actually needs service vs the giant list of things they “think” should be serviced on a 13 year old vehicle. When I went to check out they attempted to charge me double for the diagnostic which thankfully another service writer corrected. But I clearly paid for a diagnostic I’ve not gotten true results of and therefore feel I should be refunded for. This is why I hate going to dealerships and am likely to never go back. Additionally the service technician very rudely not only moved my drivers seat back but also lowered it to a point I could not see over the steering wheel. As an individual with significant back issues it will take me months of adjustments to try to get the seat back into a position that doesn’t cause constant back pain. If the technician could not operate the vehicle with the position of the seat as I drove it the technician should have asked someone else to drive the vehicle in and out of the shop. It is terribly disrespectful to completely rearrange anyone’s drivers seat. The technician should be responsible for the pain and suffering I will endure for months of commuting two hours to work and two hours from work as I continue to attempt to get my seat in an acceptable position again. More
