Gabriel was great to deal with. But, being a cash sale with no additional add-ons, such as warranty or other items, it shouldn’t have taken more than two hours to get out of there w But, being a cash sale with no additional add-ons, such as warranty or other items, it shouldn’t have taken more than two hours to get out of there with everything completely properly. No reflection on Gabriel, just dealer tactics. Providing the temporary tag (since the tags were expired) should have been caught instead of waiting 4 or 5 days to have it sent to us. And asking for an additional $145 to do that was unnerving. One other thing; the multiple attempts to sell a warranty, when saying no once should suffice, is a bit obnoxious. I know you make a lot of money in the warranties, but don’t drag things out trying to sell it if you’ve been told no. Thanks. More
