Seriously the best car buying experience we have ever had. Drove an hour to purchase our 2022 Outback after a less than pleasant experience at two other Subaru dealerships, including one where we purchas had. Started the process on the phone with Amanda who was very professional and responsive. Then started working with Glen via Text, Email and phone. Glen “JR” was great to work with. Ordered exactly what we wanted, then texted me the next day with a vehicle that he just received which had everything we wanted. Since it happened to be our Anniversary i asked if he could get it ready in a few hours to be picked up. His response no problem. Arrived at the dealership expecting to go through a difficult process. Spent 15 minutes with Glen, my wife was shown everything about the Outback by Nicole Miller who was amazing and I spent maybe 10 minutes with the Finance Manager Michael Warnock who could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We were on our way home in less than an hour with our new Outback. Stopped by today to pick up our plates which Nicole helped us with. We will be back! More

This is my second leased Subaru. It is the customer service and accommodation that made me return without even shopping at other dealerships. I also cannot say enough about Nicole Sciamarelli who explained the many new options in the car and was Extremely helpful in setting them up. I returned two days later with some questions and needed assistance in making some adjustments and, again Nicole was very willing to help and took the time to answer all of my questions. She has an intimate knowledge of all the options and screens and controls in the vehicle and as I said, had a lot of patience to explain everything. I can’t say enough about Nicole’s assistance. Lastly, Amanda Tompkins who initially contacted me by phone and set up my appointment was very helpful and answered any questions I had. It is employees like these that would make me again return to World the next time me lease is up More

Worked with Josh Cavalieri and the process was simple. Got a very fair price, lots of vehicles to choose from, signed & drove away within 2 hours. Nicole Sciamarelli walked us through the electronics, spent as much time as we needed, and made that process seamless. Emblematic of the staff at World I guess. All in all a great car buying experience (didn't ever think I'd say that). Highly recommend World, Josh, and Nicole. More
