She really listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions, and—importantly—was never pushy or overly aggressive. She understood that BMW was not my first choice and that my decision ultimately depended on whether I could secure a customized IS500 by the end of November. When I did end up going with the IS500 instead, Amanda still treated me with complete professionalism and respect. What impressed me most is that even after learning I wouldn’t be purchasing from BMW, she remained just as kind and thoughtful, even sending a Happy Thanksgiving note. That kind of grace and customer care is rare in car sales.
