For the majority of the sales work upon getting to the dealer, Mr. Mason Greenwell provided superb professional, personal and poised sales service. He explained all aspects of the sale, allowed for a test drive, and expertly took me through the purchase process and made it all effortless. I know he did great job because he answered my many questions on the car features, of which are many along with sound replies on the sales contract covering my purchase. He did it confidently but with firm understanding and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I made long 1.5-hour trip across town from the Virginia side to get there and he made it worthwhile. So, I would highly recommend using Mr. Mason for your purchase and don’t let distance get in the way of making it over to Ourisman Motors of Waldorf. I sure glad I did and am extremely satisfied and happy with a 2024 Forester. More

I would rate five out of five stars on the services here in Subaru Waldorf because Nick and Vincent was very professional, respectful and kind and during our conversation explained everything to me, BUT on in Subaru Waldorf because Nick and Vincent was very professional, respectful and kind and during our conversation explained everything to me, BUT on the sales part PLEASE DO NOT BUY a car here because the sales staff here are VERY DISHONEST, they will FOOL and TRICK YOU in order to sell their vehicles. Our conversation and agreements were very clear, but then they will make you sign papers that states differently- its a trap. And when you appealed it they will play the card “Oh you signed everything on the paper, that means you understood everything in it”. Subaru is a good car, but please don’t go here to buy, go to some other dealership. I am planning to buy another one this year hopefully my family and I will find people who are actually honest and decent to do business with. More

Best car dealership experience we have ever had. The staff worked allday with us to get us what we needed. We wanted to get a lower payment and they would not stop until we did. Amanda was a pleasure to work with online and she even made time to stop by and introduce herself to me towards the end of the process. Moe was ready for my arrival and did not waste time in getting me in and out (and no I did not feel rushed). No pressure and a beautiful truck to drive home. Bought a used 2012 Outback I purchased a used 2012 Outback from this dealer. I had done my homework and knew the car I was interested in. I was in and out of the place in two hours. Once I was home, I realized there was an issue with the stereo. The front two passenger speakers were not working right. I called them and did not get a straight answer on if they would fix it. After a couple of attempts, I gave up. Later I posted a review on this site and to my surprise, the service director, Lisa contacted me. They wanted an opportunity to fix the problem. I'm not sure what happened to my previous request, but I'm happy they were concerned with my satisfaction. Maybe it was a fluke, but I'm not giving them the benefit of the doubt. I still highly recommend the sale man Byron. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. John More
