Hi, I'm a Service Advisor with 15 years of experience, recently relocated to Missouri, originally from Salt Lake City. My career's been entirely in the automotive industry, and I've consistently received positive feedback for my positive attitude, persistence, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I pride myself on taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure customers feel heard and understood. My goal is always 100% customer care – they're the reason we're all here. I hold an Associate's degree in Business Management and three ASE certifications. I also used to hold licenses in Sales, Finance, and Franchise Management. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, who inspires me every day, reading, drawing, listening to music, and being spontaneous.
