My daughter brought her jeep in for a check engine light to get checked. Three days later we replaced windshield wipers and power steering fluid. I also requested to Amanda if the service department could l to get checked. Three days later we replaced windshield wipers and power steering fluid. I also requested to Amanda if the service department could look at the carpet in her jeep. It was coming undone on the passenger side front and the passenger rear. They just shoved the carpet under the center console which is what she does all the time and did nothing to the rear. I told Amanda I would pay an hourly fee to have this fixed right. I guess that did not matter. More

This visit was disappointing. I came in the day before to schedule an appointment to have my auxiliary battery changed, as it was not working and my Jeep Wrangler is still under w I came in the day before to schedule an appointment to have my auxiliary battery changed, as it was not working and my Jeep Wrangler is still under warranty. I asked how long of a job it would be, because if it was a long one I wanted to schedule for the weekend when I'd have a ride. I was told that it was a super quick fix, so I scheduled for the next day after work. I arrived 10 minutes early (2:50pm for a 3pm appointment). It wasn't finished until 5:30pm. I inquired multiple times during the visit what was taking so long, as I know this should be about a 30 minute fix. I was told that they had to completely recharge the broken battery before fixing it because, "We need the error code off of the old battery or Mopar won't pay us for the swap." In my opinion, this could have been done on their own time. My battery was clearly malfunctioning (per the error code on my vehicle and the fact that it wasn't working), and they confirmed that my vehicle is still under warranty by the manufacturer. They should have made the fix and done what they needed to do to get paid (not my responsibility) after fixing my vehicle and letting me leave. I was at the dealership for 2 hours and 40 minutes to ensure they got paid for a part covered by my warranty. More

It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in service. The system used there is about the dumbest most in personable system I’ve ever seen.
