About a month ago I purchased a 23 Ford Bronco from Ryan Egan! He was amazing and friendly and very helpful! I did get a chance to talk with the other sales manager Kody and he was very friendly and super knowledgeable. My trade in was a 22 Bronco that i bought from Josh, he was such a great guy and had a great experience with him as well. Jim Cornes was the one that gave me a great deal on my trade in and was always in a great mood which was a great experience! My finance manager was Charles and he was so friendly and a great person to talk with and especially about warranties! I recently just had it in for service and every service woman was fantastic, they always have a smile on their face when I come in! The service department has always been a great place and have never had any issues, they have been fast and accurate with every service i’ve had! I think all the girls know me by name now and I have had nothing but great chats with all of them. The waiting area is always clean and have a lot of seating that fills up quick for nice people to meet! All in all, this dealership is like a family that want you to be apart of! Thank you all. More

I bought my F150 new in 2017 for $54,000. In the last six years I’ve had routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation, The Works Package) 18 times. The first five years I had no problems In the last six years I’ve had routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation, The Works Package) 18 times. The first five years I had no problems. The past year I’ve had nothing but problems. I always mark my rear tires to be sure they are rotated. Last fall they didn’t rotate them but checked it off on my paperwork claiming they did. The next time I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway the next day. When I checked under the hood I noticed the oil cap was not on. I lost a quart of oil which I had to buy to refill. I had oil all over my engine and driveway. The next time, once again, they didn’t rotate my tires but checked it off as if they did. Two weeks ago was the last straw with Castrucci. I had the Works Package done and noticed the front passenger wheel was making a rattling sound on the way home. I had a wheel bearing going bad so I figured the impact wrench may have made it worse. I drove it a few more days and had to park it because it was too loud. The service department wouldn’t answer my question about a wheel bearing being covered even though I paid $1,600 for an extended warranty so I decided to fix it myself. They also don’t offer any loaner cars so you’ll have to rent one and you’ll have know idea how long they’ll have your car. When I took the wheel off, I noticed the brake caliper pins only had one bolted together. The top bolt was gone. The extra noise I heard was the brake caliper flopping around and banging the inside of my wheel. The best part is that an employee in service told me their techs don’t remove those bolts to measure brake pad width and they wouldn’t even know how, which I find concerning. I know my vehicle well enough to hear and feel the difference from this issue. It’s also too “coincidental” that it was much louder after it was serviced. They refused to do anything about it and I have to buy a new caliper bracket, pins and bolts because the old one was damaged. Castrucci just lost a loyal customer of six years because of two deceitful issues, tires not rotated, and two serious issues, oil cap and brakes. Sorry for the long post but I hope it saves someone from the problems I’ve experienced at this place. More

While traveling home from FL on 4/25 our 2019 Explorer, still under the “bumper to bumper” warranty, was having brake problems. I called Castrucci “Service” to see if they could get me us in to fix the problem. Evidently, “bumper to bumper” excludes several items including brakes and the soonest they could get us in was 5/9! The brakes were fixed by Monro Automotive the next day and we were back on our way. So, 1) read the fine print on your warranty and 2) be sure to plan your auto emergency 2 weeks in advance if you want Castrucci to “service” it. So disappointed!! More

Vacation ruined stress levels thru the riof 4 weeks ago my new Ford escape was running rough and my check engine light was on, after almost 3 weeks Ford tells me it's fixed. I was happy and felt 4 weeks ago my new Ford escape was running rough and my check engine light was on, after almost 3 weeks Ford tells me it's fixed. I was happy and felt safe driving my repaired car to Florida on vacation. Well my car broke down and was overheating. Turns out I need a new engine which is on back order for 7 weeks. I admit after all day and many phone calls to Ford they arranged for me to rent a car to drive home. What I am not happy is Ford needs to make arrangements to have my car sent to Ohio after the new engine is installed. I cant afford 4 more days off work to pick up my car when its fords defect that caused this. I was told there are 4 2017 Ford escapes in castrucci waiting for new engines and 3 at the dealership in Florida, a quick Google search shows there is a defect in this make and model in 2017. Ford knew I was driving to Florida after the car was fixed and they want me to lose pay to come back to get it. My vacation was ruined over this drama Just to update Mike castrucci did let me know they will have my car back in Ohio when it's fixed. Thank you I appreciate it More

After checking service work done on my last visit, I discovered the work was not done. I reported it to the service manager. Then I receive a 70,000 mile service request via email from Casstrucci Ford. My check engine light comes on & I pull into get service or an appointment. I'm told they won't check my engine light & can't get me in for 2 weeks. Would anyone want to keep driving with out knowing why the check engine light is on? It takes 15 seconds to plug in the meter! Come on! More

I was driving my grandfather's old truck that was handed down to me and it was rather old and needed a lot of work. I checked out and decided to trade it in for a newer, nicer, more economic car. 3 weeks after the purchase the battery went bad on my new used car. When I came in to see if they could help me out I was greeted( as always) by friendly faces, smiles, understanding, and very helpful individuals. My battery was replaced at no cost to me. The service department was informative and kind. I highly recommend Maki Castrucci Ford to anyone who likes friendly and helpful service. More
