The last visit was very disappointing and disturbing to me. It mostly had to do with the treatment I received before I arrived at the service center. When I called with an emergency the girl in your service center was rather rude to me, telling me that my top being stuck in operation was not an emergency, even though it was about to storm outside. I did get the problem solved by your team once I arrived and did appreciate that the tech was able to reset it. When I first bought my car and started having service at your shop, I thought it was the best experience, everyone was personable and made me feel as if I was your only customer. In the few years since, I do not get the same customer service feeling. I will say that something has changed in your office. They also Always try to up sale me! More
