If you are looking for another shady dealer that states their used cars are great until you get home and have to spend $1000 dollars on top of the price of the car, Please ask for the sales manager Oscar. their used cars are great until you get home and have to spend $1000 dollars on top of the price of the car, Please ask for the sales manager Oscar. They can't even call you back after being told 6 times they would let alone be sure the car they are selling didn't need actual service done before they sold it! Classic dealer, Thanks Patriot Hyundai! More

During the process of purchasing a vehicle, I inquired as to the location of the second remote knowing that todays vehicle come with a second ignition remote/key. The sales person responded "oh that's i as to the location of the second remote knowing that todays vehicle come with a second ignition remote/key. The sales person responded "oh that's in the "deal pack". I accepted this answer as being truthful. At the close of the sale, in the presence of three represenatives of Patriot, one of who might or might not have been the sales manager known to me only as "Leo", I again asked about the second remote. Conversation among these individuals also questioned the location of the remote but no one could tell me what hapened to the second remote. I had paid for the vehicle and the transaction was complete. I left without the second remote. I attempted to ascertain the full name of Leo by calling the dealership but I was contacted instead by "Leo"who denied any responsibility of the missing remote but attempted to blame myself claiming I should have contacted him & he would have secured a new remote "at cost" This after I expended $460 for a correct remote. The conversation ended with "Leo" trying to male a political by reminding me that "things are getting better" I'm at a loss as to the purpose of that statement. Car deaalers are under constant scrutiny for their ethtical standards. I guess this is an example. More
