Excellent Alvin helped me when I last visit for oil change. He was very friendly, professional and took care of me really fast!! Alvin should be promoted, because I noticed there were long lines of cars waiting outside he immediately asked another advisor who was doing something on the computer to go out and help customers. Alvin works with sense of urgency which I liked most. Helping customers is always great!! More
