I had an outstanding experience from the moment I walked into the front door. I was greeted appropriately - my arrival was expected and the staff was ready and prepared to show me the vehicle that appeared into the front door. My salesman was Alvaro Rodriguez. He was professional and informative. We worked with a gentleman in Finance, the name escapes me, but he was quick and efficient. No one "danced" around my questions; rather, each one addressed my concerns individually and effectively. The entire experience was accurate and efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended this dealership to several others. I had to take my car into service for a recall notice; the job was completed even quicker than I had been told and I received three different communications letting me know that the job was completed.
