I can't say enough good things about my experience with Allyson ("Ally") Laws and Napleton Honda when purchasing my new 2026 Honda Pilot Elite! I emailed several Honda dealerships within a 300-mile radi Allyson ("Ally") Laws and Napleton Honda when purchasing my new 2026 Honda Pilot Elite! I emailed several Honda dealerships within a 300-mile radius of my home, explaining exactly what vehicle I wanted, the trim level, and the colors I was interested in. While several dealerships responded with offers, Ally at Napleton Honda was the only one who truly took the time to read my email and work with what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something else. She presented offers on three different vehicles, and after I countered on two of them, she actually came back with an even better deal on one than I had asked for. Because I had to return the rental car from my accident, Ally made sure someone was there to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. When I arrived in xx. Peters, my new Pilot was detailed, prepped, and ready to go. The entire paperwork process took less than an hour. Napleton was also able to match the interest rate from the financial institution where I had already been pre-approved, so I chose to finance through them instead. Shannon Robinson in Finance was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure. There was no pushy sales pitch or pressure to purchase additional products. After I got home, I discovered that my Pilot, which was supposed to include the Honda Function Package (all-season floor mats, cargo cover, door sill protection film, and rear bumper applique), was missing the all-season floor mats, and the cargo cover that came with the vehicle was the wrong size. I contacted Ally, and she immediately assured me she would make it right. The correct floor mats were shipped to me within a week, and since I purchased the correct cargo cover from my local Honda dealership, Napleton is reimbursing me for that purchase. The 3½-hour drive was absolutely worth it. From the first email to driving home in my new Pilot, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. If I'm ever ready to trade again—or if anyone in my family is looking for a vehicle—Napleton Honda will be the first dealership we contact.
