Champion Chevrolet of Avon has always done a great job with my Trailblazer that I purchased. We had a few issues come up, but they fixed them very quickly. The service department is a mess. Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took almost 60 days for them to fix a fuse box issue because they failed to do the research on the problem, instead they attempted to order a whole new fuse block when there had already been a TSB informing technicians how to fix the issue. I believe the CSR’s are put in extremely bad positions due to poor management and techs. More
