Allie in the Service Department is professional, warm, personal, responsive, knowledgeable, and a great communicator! She remembers me by name, updates me on the progress of my vehicle, and follows throug personal, responsive, knowledgeable, and a great communicator! The communication between me and the service consultant was awful. Allie was so demanding and very pushy toward closing on servicing the car which is quite unprofessional. I was there for the battery recal was awful. Allie was so demanding and very pushy toward closing on servicing the car which is quite unprofessional. I was there for the battery recall appointment. I also needed to make a second trip home (from Lehi to South Jordan) to get the charger which nobody told us I must bring it to the appointment in the beginning. Allie texted me to ask if I want to schedule for the maintenance service. If not, she needed the loaner back immediately. I was so upset when I saw her text message. I already mentioned to her that I would return the loaner around 3.40pm-4pm after I picked up my kids. For that I do not want to come back there either for service or purchasing. I already had my car service at the Audi Salt Lake where I feel more value, open for discussion, welcoming and in general much more professional atmosphere. More

I was told that a wire harness needed replaced turns out looking at it, it was repaired not replaced. Words do matter. I wish the heafty bill was a little more detailed than a generic write up.
