Poor, difficult, shady I had a poor experience. Every step was difficult and the sales practices were shady. I then discovered there was damage to the rear seat cover and I have to replace it. It appeared as if it was recently changed out as not all the straps and latches were secured. And the front license plate frame that was put on was old and broken. More
