My engine light came on and upon calling my service manager I was told to bring the car in immediately. The diagnosis revealed a faulty leak detection pump. Though the part had to be ordered I was given a rental car until the car was repaired. I got the car back in 4 days but was constantly notified of its progress. I love the Audi West Palm service. Audi WPB makes calling in about a problem and schedule service so easy. Just seeing my phone number linked my car so that the service manager could advise me of past maintenance, answer my questions, and service so easy. Once I arrived, my personal manager Alleyah was very pleasant and efficient. She worked with the service department to get my car back the same day.
