I've been dealing with New Motors in Erie, Pennsylvania since 2005 when I bought my 2004 PASSAT from another dealership and was having the normal maintenance checks. All of the employees I have dealt with since 2005 when I bought my 2004 PASSAT from another dealership and was having the normal maintenance checks. All of the employees I have dealt with since then were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really wasn't thinking about get a new car at first; I thought I would just get a used one like I have in the past. After my husband and I saw and drove the 2010 VW JETTA TDI with all of the wonderful attachments and the tax credit for next year; how could we pass up the chance of a lifetime in getting a new JETTA. Actually the last time my husband and I bought a BRAND new vehicle was, believe it or not, the year 1971. Allen, Bret and Derrick from NEW MOTORS were the best. When I drove my new car into work on Monday I was showing several friends and they were so impressed, that they are thinking about going up and checking the new VWs out too.
