One of the worst dealerships I have dealt and in my 50 years I have bought a lot of vehicles. I chose to leave and not take any of their offers after 2 hours there I chose to leave they continued to pull years I have bought a lot of vehicles. I chose to leave and not take any of their offers after 2 hours there I chose to leave they continued to pull my credit for an additional day. I have credit lock on one bureau but the others kept getting queried and reported to me. More

our jeep got totaled essentially so we came here looking for a new family car. they showed us a Durango for an excellent price, and we foolishly trusted that they told us everything that was wrong with it. for a new family car. they showed us a Durango for an excellent price, and we foolishly trusted that they told us everything that was wrong with it. they told us the seatbelt was needing replaced. then when our salesman went to fill our tank as promised he noticed a gas leak so they promised to fix those things. its been 3 weeks and we haven't gotten a call back yet to come get the seatbelt fixed, and upon getting home it began overheating. no we know there was MANY problems they never told us about. the oil pan gasket, transmission gasket, water pump, and the AC has a leak. they never detailed it nor filled the gas tank as promised then sent us home WITH NO TAG. we drove an hour home with nothing on the back of the car. and for the past week the salesman who promised to help us out mr."incredibeau" hasn't replied to my messages about getting these things fixed. so here we are dumping money into a vehicle we bought so we wouldnt have to dump money into our old vehicle and nobody wants to make it right. I highly DISCOURAGE anyone from getting a vehicle here. I will tell everyone I know that Patriot of Tulsa likes to f*xx it's customers up the @ss and to avoid them at ALL costs!!! More
