I was very pleased with my advisor Dan Beffel. He was very informative. I was concerned that I was going to have a sizable repair bill concerning my rear hatch motor on my 2018 CRV. When I pulled He was very informative. I was concerned that I was going to have a sizable repair bill concerning my rear hatch motor on my 2018 CRV. When I pulled into the dealership service lane, Dan came out to greet me and noticed an odor coming from the engine compartment. He popped the hood and discovered that my battery was the cause of the odor and my issues with the rear hatch. I have never been so happy to have a new battery! I not only received a new battery but I also had a complimentary car wash! What a win win! That you Prescott Honda an Dan Beffel! More

We purchased our 2024 Honda Accord Hybred from Prescott Honda six months ago. The sales process went well. Service has been excellent and provided a pick up and drop off service which was very convenient a Honda six months ago. The sales process went well.
