My F-150 was in the shop for two weeks for major transmission and engine work. Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. Without my having to ask the dealership offered to provide me w transmission and engine work. Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. Without my having to ask the dealership offered to provide me with a new rental until my truck was completed. The entire experience could not have been handled better. More
