We were very happy with our service initially. They were prompt and communicative about our service throughout the process. We crawled under and found the oil drain plug was not tight, allowing a slight drip out of the drain pan. We added a quart of oil and the level was perfect. Had we missed the leak it might have damaged the engine. More
