They try to get your deposit, say they need a financing report before they will honor your deposit, and make you only They are exploiting customers. Shady business practices all around. More

I give 5 stars for follow through, service, and transparency of process. Jay my salesman was very responsive and help me with all aspects of an out of state internet purchase. This included helping me facilitate an inspection and shipping. I gave them 3 stars for the transparency of the vehicle "flaws". I do not think this is uncommon and why internet buyers need to rely on inspections. My preference is that the dealer takes pictures of issues that could affect pricing and have a conversation about that. I think this is an area where Dave White could improve and stand out from the typical "buyer beware." But at the end of the day, the buyer has to accept this responsibility and use an inspectoion - which I did. Dave White's pricing was fair given the issuers I uncovered with the inspection and I believed the issues did not warrant an adjustment in pricing. I would just prefer to have a process where a dealer say "there are a few issues, here they are including pics, and our pricing reflects this." All of that leads to 4 stars and I think that is fair. If you think that I was too harsh on the 3 stars for inspection flaws, then you can adjust upwards. I had the car inspected by Lexus once I received it and they said "no issues" other than undercarriage surface rust. That is not Dave Whites fault and its a function of me buying an Ohio car. I am just saying this so you know that even Lexus did not have much to complain about. Yes I would buy a car again from Dave White. And yes I would have it inspected. More

Very helpful Matt our salesman went out of his way to help us. He went out in the blowing cold rain and retrieved vehicle after vehicle for us to look at and wa Matt our salesman went out of his way to help us. He did not pressure us one bit and the Sales manager and Finance man treated us like friends. Also once we made up our minds they were very efficient with the loan process. More

Buying a Chevy was an easy choice We stopped in to test drive the new Equinox. We both thought it was the right car for us. We decided on the color we wanted and Darrell Bishop found the car for us. We have enjoyed driving it and tell everyone about our good experience at Dave White. It was also great to get a $50 gift card and wife had no trouble spending it at Walmart. I will be using this dealer for trading in or other car, but the Ford Edge is a solid vehicle, so may hang onto it for now. We said goodbye to the Escape and feel the Equinox is such a better vehicle, solid, less noise, handling takes the lousy roads better, so we know now where to shop. More
