They signed me up on a spot deal , promised me that my rate would go down, i . finance dept are predators, the worst car buying experience of my life. They signed me up on a spot deal , promised me that my rate would go down, it didn’t ! Told them I didn’t need the gap and tri bundle tire care. I was fooled into signing up for it. When I left in the car I never saw or drove they never gave me a copy of the contract. I finally saw that I signed up for all that stuff after SETF let me see a copy of it online. Every time I go back to cancel I get the run around. I still when even asking for a copy of my contract was a handed a thumb drive. I told them I didn’t own a computer. And that the finance person who signed me up would email me a copy of the cancel form. Never received it. Going on a month of runaround’s and excuses and today is going to be my 3rd trip back to this joke of a dealership. My whole family is irate because it looks like they took advantage of me a senior citizen…. Maybe my lawyers should help me .. I’d give this place ZERO stars if the site would let me. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !! As others have said they are all about bait and switch. Salesperson (shady beyond belief, even for a car dealer) Kevin Mera flat out said a price w !! As others have said they are all about bait and switch. Salesperson (shady beyond belief, even for a car dealer) Kevin Mera flat out said a price was reasonable, how soon can you be here. He knew it was over a 2 hour drive for me. As soon as I'm getting in the car he says I'm honest, nope! and sends a video with a completely different car and price with way higher miles. So I call the "sales manager" Alisha King who made excuses for 3 days of over 35 emails of flat out lies. Hours and days of wasted time. She said she would ask the general manager, which I'm not sure she did, Chris Bice, and said they would not honor the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! They have insane repetitive dealer and registration fees. Over $6k from original price tag. Saying they will work with you is a joke. Even Alisha King admitted the emails guaranteeing a price were a way to just get me in there. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are NOT worth wasting your time or money on. Unethical! Shame on them! More
