One of the best buying experiance I have ever had. I called this dealership looking for a specify model and color Ram truck. I spoke to Alise Bitic, internet manger. She was great. I purchased a truck that same day. They gave me the best price with virtually no haggling. John Livesey the sales rep was knowledgeable and gave me a spectacular deal and a great price on my trade in. I also used their service department. Diane O'Neill the service advisor was very customer oriented. She quickly got me back on the road and all the work was excellent and beyond mu my satisfaction. More

Over Promise and under deliver, friendly staff is only + I Think the folks giving high ratings must be paid spokespersons. My experience has been lets say below poor, in my opinion. Car was dirty, Finance Guy tried to extort a huge premium to register the car $750 versus $75 on invoice, 5 weeks later my car is still not registered and I am still owed a second remote. Everyone is polite and nice, that is the only positive I can say so far. Make sure that you mentally prepare to deal with this business. I keep asking for a manager to call me but they either don't care or may be afraid to talk to me! My sales guy seemed afraid of his managers and seemed so impotent. More

The BEST Dealership with knowledgeable people. I went into Security Dodge dealer in Amityville NY just to look and maybe consider leasing a car because financially i never thought i could purchase I went into Security Dodge dealer in Amityville NY just to look and maybe consider leasing a car because financially i never thought i could purchase a new car. After speaking with Alise Bitic in sales I left the dealership that day with a new 2014 Dodge Avenger. I love my car and I am happy with the payments. I know it is hard to believe that anyone would be happy with there payments but after thinking that leasing (low payments) was my only option, knowing that i would have to pay a the end of the lease because of the mileage i use, going to work from Long Island to Queens everyday. The finance manager was able to work with me until the payments were affordable for me. Without him being knowledgeable enough, it would have never happened . I would recommend this dealership to everyone i know. I already have to my family. More

They only looked out for my best interests and always asked if i was comfortable or wanted a cup of coffee. it made the whole experience great and i recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
