Beyond Expectations! My daughter was in the market for a vehicle. She is only 21 so we were unsure if it were possible due to limited credit. I had previously worked with My daughter was in the market for a vehicle. She is only 21 so we were unsure if it were possible due to limited credit. I had previously worked with Alice Dennis when I purchased my vehicle in February (which she was awesome then) so I brought my daughter to Spitzer Amherst and requested Alice Dennis. Alice worked tirelessly to get my daughter into a nice vehicle. Every day for a week, (an indecisive 21yo) we had continued contact regarding this purchase. Even needing an out of state co-signer wasn’t an issue. The finance manager Tom sent the papers overnight FedEx. Alice and Tom went above and beyond expectations helping my daughter get a nice car. She decided on a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT. they detailed and cleaned it. Put gas in it and made sure is was showroom presentable!! Will always go back to Spitzer Amherst! More

She worked with the manager t Alice went above and beyond for us. She took a great deal of time to make sure that all of our needs and wants were met. She worked with the manager to get us to the payment that we desired. I also appreciate her taking the extended time out of her day to walk us through all of the features of the car. Without her taking the time, I would still be deep into reading the manual. If going to Spitzer Chevrolet in Amherst, make sure to request to work with Alice. More

Car buying experience Took a while even though I was preapproved. Got only one key, and no manual. Was disappointed about that. Wish I could have got a lower interest rate.
