Ali Moraveji was a fantastic salesman, and Bradley Cooper made the paperwork part of the process go quicker than expected while still making sure I understood everything I was signing. Dustin was so great transitioning me to the new car, helping me set up my phone, taking photos for me, and following up the next day to see if I had any questions. I'm very happy with everything and I absolutely love my new car. More

Our salesman went out of his way to make sure we saw every car we wanted to see and drive. We seriously probably drove him crazy but he did everything we asked with a smile. We were there all day but it didn't feel that way at all. They negotiated with us but did what ever they could do to give us the deal we wanted. We left with even a better deal than we expected!!!! Fletcher Jones has a large inventory of luxury cars and an attitude of exceptional service and quality at every level. Ali listened to what we were looking for, showed us a nice selection of options that would fit our needs, and then showed us a beautiful Mercedes with all the options and the engine I wanted, at a very competitive price - in a gorgeous deep sapphire blue - who could resist? He then walked us through the purchase process in a very pleasant way. Hamid handled all the paperwork expertly and was very pleasant and personable as well. I will certainly recommend Ali and Fletcher Jones to my friends and family! More
