Took my 2017. 5 mazda 6 Grand Touring to get service for faulty GPS told the whole part was on back order. I said wow this been on back order since 2020 here it is 5 mazda 6 Grand Touring to get service for faulty GPS told the whole part was on back order. I said wow this been on back order since 2020 here it is 2023..he stood there looking stupid over herd another customer ask for the same thing told them it would be a 2hr job. Walked over and so oh guess I didn't have the right skin color for the service 🙄 😒. More

I have been a Mazda owner for the last 5 years and have taken my Mazda for service exclusively. I had no prior issues, but this last december I had engine problems during a typical commute. When I had my c taken my Mazda for service exclusively. I had no prior issues, but this last december I had engine problems during a typical commute. When I had my car towed to Mazda they told me I had engine failure, but couldn't tell me the reason unless I pay them. This put me in a difficult position as an essential worker who needs my car, so I payed this price without having much of an option. The vehicle also showed no signs of warning on my dashboard during the time, I was still left with a sour taste in my mouth, because they would choose to take 0 responsibility and tried blaming everything on me regardless of their maintenance. Zero responsibility from the Mazda and a horrible experience. I will never buy another Mazda ever again and would never recommend one.Take your money somewhere else. More

I went here to purchase a CX-5 Mazda with a very nice sales person who had been following up with me for seven months. I truly appreciated his professionalism over those months, so I really wanted to mak sales person who had been following up with me for seven months. I truly appreciated his professionalism over those months, so I really wanted to make a deal with him. The process began, and immediately we hit an issue when the used vehicle I came to see suddenly and inexplicably could not be found. It was strange, but I continued on and began looking at two other cars. I test drove them and selected the Carbon Edition Turbo CX-5. We enter the office and after a few questions back and forth we get to the financing portion of the transaction. This is where it all went south. First off the car had a sticker price of 32K. Somehow, before my credit is run or any interest is discussed the car is presented to me for a whooping $44k!!! To say that I was floored would be an understatement. I immediately informed them that I would absolutely NOT be paying that much. And can you please explain to me how we got at this number. It was then that I was made aware of over $5000 in additional dealer markups on the vehicle ( trying to justify it by saying ALL Mazda dealers are doing it, but ONLY on the vehicle I chose NEWSFLSH: Not all dealerships are doing that) and over $1700 in accessories that I was told I couldn't have removed unless they found a vehicle right off the ship. And they even attempted to tax me on the vehicle priced with the additional dealer mark up. I was done. Thankfully, prior to going to the dealerships I had already begun looking around and pricing the car with other dealerships so I knew that that price was trash. I gave them one more opportunity to do better with the pricing and they wouldn't. I felt really badly for the salesman who had been following up with me because I really wanted to give him my business, but not to the tune of $8- 10,000 over MSRP. So I left there and went to a different dealership the next day, and I am proud to say that I purchased my CX-5 Carbon Edition Turbo at MSRP plus tax, license and applicable fees from a different dealership that appreciated my business. If I were Chris, I'd get out of there. And if you can help it, Don't go to Browning Mazda of Cerritos More
