Overall good sales experience. Had the typical price negotiations so that was normal. Vehicle selection was great, seemed to have plenty of what we were looking for in every color. Traded my 2017 MKZ with a 2022 Nautilus. This was the third car I am buying from this dealership (2 from Fox Ford and this one from the new owners Murgado). I gave them the car with two key This was the third car I am buying from this dealership (2 from Fox Ford and this one from the new owners Murgado). I gave them the car with two keys. They gave me only one key. When asked for the second key the sales manager refused to give it to me and asked me to pay for it. Thanks to Chappy who came up with a solution and resolved the issue.
