This dealership sold me a bad car, a 2013 for 19,000 that they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. Less than a month they increased the amount of the vehicle by 4,000 later, this started having major issues they said “ only had 34,000 miles on it. Less than a month they increased the amount of the vehicle by 4,000 later, this started having major issues the , car was shaking and rattling and the power system repair came on. I looked in car fax and this car mileage had obviously been changed. They said they would put me in a different car because they sold me a Lemon “ well they acted like I spoke to no one about this and they did not know what was going on, which I spoke to 4 different people about this issue. They refused to hold up to there end of the deal, and put me in a different vehicle, as well as fixing this issue!!!! This dealer ship is a joke, and not looking out for your bed interest, they are out to make as much as a Profit “ as they can! More

The sales process was a good one. It was the process after the sale that left me with a bad taste for this dealership. When my car was delivered I was given a report of the work that It was the process after the sale that left me with a bad taste for this dealership. When my car was delivered I was given a report of the work that was completed before being given to me. Two items that were listed as having been completed in fact were not. I took the car back to the service department and told them what needed to be done. Waited four days when I was told I should only have to wait two days. When I went to pick up the car the two things that were originally stated to be done that were not, were AGAIN not done. Had to miss extra work for them to finish what they should’ve have already done. Fast forward three days later and find out that they never replaced the fob battery (something I was told TWICE had been completed) I sent my husband to get it done and he overheard a service worker stating that “they’re only $12”. It doesn’t matter if they only cost $2! I was told twice that the battery had been replaced and had been lied to both times! The sales team is fine but don’t take your car here for service work. More

Even though we live two and half hours away, we were still treated as if we lived next door to the dealership. I had a great experience with the staff at Laird Noller. Ali kept checking on the car I was interested in all the way from the factory to the parking lot. My salesman wasn’t pushy, and did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted. The finance team did their part and walked me through the entire paperwork process that is usually a nightmare. Our entire experience at Laird Noller Lawrence was absolutely fantastic. Ali, our salesman, was incredibly personable and professional, and went the extra mile to make sure we felt at ease and not pre absolutely fantastic. Ali, our salesman, was incredibly personable and professional, and went the extra mile to make sure we felt at ease and not pressured. The floor manager, Morgan, was also incredible to work with and both he and Ali made the car buying experience a breeze. Finally, Ali from finance answered all of our questions about financing and was equally as friendly, professional, and efficient his sales colleagues. My wife and I can’t recommend Laird Noller enough and we are immensely grateful for the absolutely amazing car buying experience! More
