From the moment Ali greeted us, until we finished the paperwork and drove our car home, the purchase of our new car went smoothly. The atmosphere is friendly—everyone offers coffee—which is pleasant. Ali and the whole dealership team are very professional, no pressure and most of all their honesty. I bought my 2 vehicles from Perfection before and I thought I would try the other dealership this time. I no pressure and most of all their honesty. Both Jennifer, the sales manager. and Ali, the salesperson were terrific to work with. Both of them appeared very genuine and attended to our immediate needs and even went above and beyond expecta salesperson were terrific to work with. Both of them appeared very genuine and attended to our immediate needs and even went above and beyond expectations within the sales process! Ali even took the time to go through all the bells and whistles included in the car before we drove off the dealership! Great experience! Rich is terrific to work with. We had brought in the letter from Honda saying they wanted our car and went in to see if we could get another Pilot wi Rich is terrific to work with. We had brought in the letter from Honda saying they wanted our car and went in to see if we could get another Pilot with more bells and whistles while staying around our current payment. Rich was wonderfully helpful and Jennifer worked her magic and the numbers finally came into our range. When cleaning out our other Pilot, Ali helped my husband move everything to our new Pilot. What a dear! Truly extraordinary customer service all the way around! Thanks to each of you for a great experience! More

Wounderful experience! I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team to buy a car from.
