First time there today, they were very welcoming and friendly. They took my vehicle in right away. I waited and was very comfortable In the waiting area. Had my truck there 3 times same issue, under warranty and could not fix. Told me problem was tires cost me 1500 and still same issue,finally took to Danvers ford the found issue from McGovern Ford fixed whic could not fix. Told me problem was tires cost me 1500 and still same issue,finally took to Danvers ford the found issue from McGovern Ford fixed which I paid for after warranty and then they found my first issue and fixed.wouldn’t bring my truck back to Mc Govern Ford for repairs ever again More
