I was assured by the service manager they would be and then he refused to cover them. I also asked for him to give me a call back to discuss on a Monday morning and he called Tuesday afternoon and left a message that he would be out until Thursday and maybe we could touch base then. I decided to turn my lease in and move on due to the unethical and unprofessional behavior regarding the issue with the liftgate. Jess in sales was great. I have been a customer of this dealership for 11 years. Even when I make an appointment, I generally have to wait over 20 mts. Nobody acknowledges that you had an appointment.
